Frozen Beauty

A tranquil lake city, Chitose, Japan

On the third day morning of my visit to Chitose, Japan, I was walking in the forest and there was a wooden stairway.

While I was walking down the stairway, something seized my eyes.

A leaf frozen under the snow looked so mysteriously beautiful and captured my mind.

As if I had become a naughty boy, I wanted to break that beauty. So tempted to own or ruin it, I was playing with its stem trying to pull a leaf out of the snow, and I did it.

At that moment, I felt like a secret magic was released into the world.

Inspired by this experience, I created a simple story. Enjoy!
